A man, who had a near death experience in a car crash, suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, resulting in his wife leaving him. Alone, and on medication, the terrors of his experience manifest themselves as demons who mentally, physically and sexually abuse him until the only solution he can see is to allow them to take him from this world. The demons exist only in his mind, and are a figment of his imagination. Or are they? The film contains scenes of physical and sexual torture and abuse and is based on a true story.
